Mondo Valentine Cookie
Happy Valentine’s Day! Yep, I’m a stationer, but a Valentine card alone is just not going to cut it for my family. Been there. Done that. Earlier in the week I saw this fabulous recipe on Bakerella. Woo hoo! Valentine dilemma solved.
I don’t own a heart shaped pan and there is no way I was going to drag two kids around town to look for one on February 13th. Instead I used a 12 inch spring form pan. It worked flawlessly. We won’t eat it until later today, but we all loved the batter and decorating with the kids was a kick.
